When you fill out an inquiry form, book a session, sign a contract, or complete a questionnaire, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, event or session date and location, and any information you choose to share about your family, wedding, or session.
Payment information. Payments are processed securely by our client management and gallery providers. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Gallery activity. When you view, favorite, download, or order from your online gallery, our gallery provider records that activity, such as which images were viewed or downloaded and any print or product orders.
Website data. Like most websites, our site and service providers may automatically collect basic information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location through cookies and analytics tools.

Under the model release in your signed contract, we may use images from your session on our website, blog, and social media, and in marketing and promotional materials. We also ask on every session questionnaire what may and may not be shared publicly, including images of children, and we honor each family’s choice. You can update your sharing preferences at any time by contacting us.
Service Providers We Use
We use trusted third-party tools to run our business, including HoneyBook (inquiries, contracts, invoices, and payments), Pic-Time (online galleries, downloads, and print orders), Squarespace (our website), and Google Workspace (email and video consultations). These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
Our website and gallery may use cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep client records and images for as long as needed to provide our services, meet our contractual and legal obligations, and maintain business records. Galleries remain online for the period stated in your contract.
